If you are a vet looking to refer a patient for cardiac investigations please use the referral form below. We will contact your client to arrange referral.
Referral must be arranged by a veterinary surgeon. We are unable to provide advice on pets we have not examined.
We will contact your client directly to arrange referral.
If pets are unwell please ensure they are first assessed at their own practice or out of hours provider.
We will typically send an initial referral report within 24 hours of consultation.
